- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 2 TBSP chia seeds
- 3-4 TBSP unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp pure ground vanilla bean, unsweetened
Put all your berries, chia seeds and vanilla powder into a high-speed blender and start blending, while adding bit by bit the almond milk until your have a sorbet-like consistency.
Pour into your most beautiful ice-cream bowl and enjoy.
