- 1 tin full fat coconut milk, unsweetened and chilled for at least 24 hours, scoop out only the thick bits
- 2 cups of frozen blue berries
- 1 tsp of pure ground vanilla bean
- 2 TBSP of rice malt syrup
- Pinch of quality salt
- Optional: 1 scoop of your favourite protein collagen (preferably unsweetened)
- Place all your ingredients into your high-speed blender and mix until well combined and texture creamy smooth.
- Top with more fresh or frozen berries and a small handful of pumpkin seeds!
